These treats are absolutely delicious and it is a great option to get in fruit with a sweet twist. You’ve got the best of both worlds and this recipe is customizable to your fruit and chocolate preference. These treats work great as a snack for picnics, road trips, lunch boxes and more.
INGREDIENTS:
- Youthful Living Sugar Free Skinny Slab of your choice.
- Fruit of your choice (we used dates and blueberries).
METHOD:
- Chop up your skinny slab or break it into blocks.
- In a small bowl, melt the chocolate in the microwave (keep your eye on the chocolate to ensure it does not burn).
- Dip your dates and blueberries in the melted chocolate and place on a cooling rack or plate.
- Put into the fridge to cool and enjoy.
