DELIVERY POLICY

NATIONWIDE DELIVERIES

Prime Growth Nutrition uses our trusted courier partner, The Courier Guy to offer you nationwide deliveries.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Orders to main city centres will take 1-3 working days.
Orders to outlined areas will take 1-5 working days.

The Courier Guy delivers parcels in business hours Monday- Friday from 08:00 – 16:30. Please ensure that there will be someone to receive your parcel at the address that you’ve provided at checkout.

Orders placed before 13:00 will be dispatched the same day and orders placed after 13:00 will be dispatched the following day. Orders placed after 13:00 on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. No orders will be dispatched on public holidays.

DELIVERY RATES

Order value over R600.00 = Free delivery
Order value under R600.00 = R99.00 flat rate fee.

DELIVERY SERVICES

Once your order has been placed and paid, you will receive a confirmation email. Thereafter you will receive a dispatch email with a tracking number.

When providing a delivery address at checkout, please ensure that the address is accessible to the couriers, for the courier company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes, Post Office or areas that are a security risk.

If you’ve provided an incorrect delivery address, Prime Growth Nutrition can’t be held responsible for your parcel once it’s been dispatched.
